What you can count on.
- Human oversight, always. Every AI output is reviewed, edited, and owned by a senior team member before it touches your program. AI drafts. Humans decide.
- Your data stays yours. Client data is never used to train external AI models. No PII is ever exposed to an AI system. Your IP remains yours, full stop.
- We disclose when AI is used. You'll know what AI touched and how. No black boxes. We're transparent about what's automated and what isn't.
- AI optional, clearly scoped. If you want human-generated deliverables only, we can discuss it. AI is now embedded in how our systems run. We'll scope what that means for your program specifically.
- Privacy by design. We comply with GDPR. Data security isn't a policy checkbox. It's built into how we work from day one.
- We check AI output. Accuracy matters more than speed. Every AI-assisted output goes through human verification before delivery.

- Speed to outcome. If AI gets us to a better result faster, use it. We care about results, not rituals.
- Share what works. If you crack something, bring it back to the team. AI success here is collective.
- Privacy is non-negotiable. No client PII touches an AI system. Ever. No exceptions.
- You're still accountable. AI assisted it. You own it. Every output reflects your judgment and carries your name.
